Carlos Arttivier
Partner - International Strategy, Sales, and Procurement Division
Our partner, a graduate of Toulouse Business School, embodies expertise in the field of risk management.
His career at institutions such as AXA and Société Générale testifies to an unwavering passion for risk management and operational excellence.
At AXA, he honed his expertise at the heart of risk management, while at Société Générale, he was an Auditor in the General Inspection and Audit Divisions, honing his ability to analyze and anticipate challenges.
Today, at FACAM STAIRWAY, his enlightened leadership is guiding the strategic development of our international activities. From China to Hong Kong, via Togo, Benin and Ghana, he forges lasting and fruitful partnerships, positioning our company on a trajectory of growth and exploration towards new horizons.
Beyond his strategic mission, he also embodies FACAM STAIRWAY’s spirit of proximity and commitment, maintaining privileged relationships with each and every one of our customers. Lois Essien
Partner - Administration and Central Services Division
Now ISO 19001 and ISO 22301 certified, and a graduate of Kedge Business School, our partner specialises in crisis management. He has acquired solid expertise in risk management through his professional experience.
As head of the Administrative Department, he supervises and ensures the application of policies and regulatory requirements, guaranteeing the smooth running of the organisation. His teams ensure coordination between the various departments in support of the company’s overall objectives.
He strives to optimise processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to meet the changing needs of FACAM STAIRWAY and its customers.
Amine Bekkal
Partner – Financial services and Operations Division
An industrial engineer, Amine has worked in various industries: mining, nuclear and aeronautics.
Following these different experiences, he completed his training with a Masters specialising in Internal Audit and Management Control.
As head of the Finance and Operations department, he has a dual mission:
– Ensuring the continuity of the production flow, as quickly as possible and with an impeccable level of quality
– To produce and manage the various financial and non-financial KPIs in order to guarantee the company’s good health and meet the requirements of its shareholders.
